ii. copyright & usage
I may use any commissioned work to advertise my services & showcase my ability to others via my portfolio.I maintain the commercial right to final work unless commercial costs are paid. You will be required to pay an additional 100% of the total for commercial rights.My art may not be used for AI or NFT. Commissions of this type will be auto denied.All VRoid models and PNGTubers include commercial use at no extra cost.

iii. customer satisfaction & revisions
The subject of the commission cannot be modified after payment has been sent.I will make up to 2 large modifications (such as redrawing a majority of the image), or up to unlimited small modifications in the sketch stage for no additional costs.Modifications after the sketch stage or over the free adjustment limit will incur a small cost on a case-by-case basis. This range is $x-$xColor alterations prior to shading will be done at no added cost & will not be done after shading under any circumstance.No modifications will be made once the commission is deemed concluded.I will do whatever is feasible and within reason to guarantee clients are satisfied.Please ensure your reference images are precise and demonstrate any and all detail you would want to have included, this will assure the artworks completed are to your preference.
iv. turnaround time
Deadlines under a month from ordering will incur a rush fee of 75% of your TOTAL commission price. This will include add-ons.Most commissions will be completed within 1-2 weeks. This timeframe only begins once i begin your commission. For a more accurate ETA check my trelloDepending on my queue, the commission type, add-ons, details & complication of design your commission may take longer.I will notify you of any delays via the given contact method (Twitter/Discord).I will not operate on holidays or days on which other companies are commonly closed.I will generally operate Monday - Friday. Operations may proceed on weekends at my preference.
v. payment
All payments are to be paid upfront and in full unless discussed in which case a 50/50 agreement will be made.Payments will be obtained via PayPal Invoice exclusively.
vi. cancellation & refunds
The client can request a refund amount dependant on commission progress however unless absolutely nessesary, the client may be refused future service.The stages are as follows: 90% if not started, 75% if sketch done, 50% if lineart done, and 25% if colors are doneForcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. I will always work with you in the event a refund is needed.If the payment has not been delivered, the client has the right to contact me and withdraw the commission at no fee to them.
vii. adoptables terms of service
Payment is in USD via PayPal Invoice & via ko-fi.You will be given instant access to download the adoptable via ko-fi, or email if elsewhere.Commercial rights are not included and require base cost x2.
